RESIDENTIAL & Commercial Plumbing MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

Our residential & commercial plumbing maintenance agreement includes one hot water tank flush per year with additional tank flushes at $99. We offer flat-rate repair warranty with a minimum of six months. We provide service agreement pricing on billable work and prioritize status for service calls.

GENERAL

  • Check main water shut-off, PRV, & house pressure
  • Inspect clean outs & back water valve
  • Check for supply or drain pipe leaks
  • Check for slow or clogged drains
  • Inspect utility sink & floor drains
  • Examine water softener/whole-house filter
  • Examine yard & hose faucets
  • Check humidifier
  • Inspect sump pump & ejector operation
  • Examine discharge check valve
  • Examine back-up alarm
  • Inspect wet bar sink, faucet, & drain

BATHROOMS

  • Perform dye/flush test on toilet
  • Inspect toilet seat, base, & bolts
  • Check toilet for leaks
  • Examine toilet shut-off & supply tube
  • Check toilet flapper & fill/flush valve
  • Inspect faucet, sink, & pop-up
  • Examine drain pipe & flow
  • Check sink for leaks
  • Check sink shut-off & supply tubes
  • Examine shower head, arm, & spout
